Join us at The Californian Church of Stand-up Comedy to learn, laugh, and connect with fellow comedians. Our workshops and outreach programs aim to spread joy and unity through the art of live comedy.
Sermons are brief, more of a blessing to pray in unity for the power of comedy to heal the world alongside live stand up comedy performances fused with music and laughter.

Healing Laughter Workshops
Join our workshops to learn the healing power of laughter and comedy. We are also currently seeking stand up comedians who can teach stand up comedy to at risk youth here in Los Angeles and Sacremento. We also seek various workspaces donated for teaching Stand Up Comedy & sitcom writing classes.

Attending the outreach programs has been a life-changing experience for me. I finally got to participate in a "writing a half hour sitcom" weekend workshop, and finished off the first draft of my pilot episode, The California Church of Stand Up Comedy helped me to get Final Draft uploaded onto my computer as I was a little out of touch with IT, but I am now up and running.
